Job summary

A leading telecommunications service provider in Espoo, Finland is seeking a Network Design and Planning engineer to help design the world's first commercial direct-to-device satellite network. This role involves satellite beam planning, leading a team, and ensuring network performance to meet customer demands. Qualifications

• Proven experience in network design and planning in telecommunications.
• Strong background in Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills for capacity planning and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Perform satellite beam and RF planning.
• Lead Earth Station and Core network planning.
• Develop optimization guidelines for Non-Terrestrial networks.
