Job summary

Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue seeks a qualified Practical Nurse for permanent position in Keravan kotihoito, caring for elderly and disabled clients at home. You will assess conditions, support independence, and provide patient-centered care in mobile, home-based settings.

The role requires driving license and ability to drive; Finnish language skills are required. Two shifts, weekdays and weekend work, with onboarding and training provided; terms follow the SOTE collective agreement.

Qualifications

• Finnish language proficiency is required.
• Driver's license is required and ability to drive.
• Love medication license is an advantage.
• Rai knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in elderly care is an advantage.

Responsibilities
