Job summary

Ingersoll Rand plc's Runtech Systems in Finland seeks a Plant Controller to manage financial reporting and cost accounting for Tampere, Turku and Kotka operations. This fixed-term maternity cover emphasizes internal controls, budgeting and analytics with Tableau in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

1-5 years finance/accounting experience with strong business acumen and understanding of financial statements.
Experience or strong educational background in financial reporting, budgets and forecasting.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel; familiarity with Tableau/Qlik; knowledge of financial systems preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

Prepares financial statements, forecasts and planning cycles on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Manages plant accounting: general ledger, cost accounting, fixed assets, inventory, receivables and payables.
Maintains internal controls including SOX; supports auditors.
Helps finance business partners and leaders to improve business results.
Performs business analytics with Tableau to explain profitability and results.
Supports special projects and local ERP development as needed.
