Job summary

Oriola is seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to take independent responsibility for accounting and reporting for the Group’s parent company. The role offers broad exposure to finance operations within a Nordic health and wellbeing company.

The position is fixed-term until 31.12.2028, based in Espoo with a hybrid model (office three days a week). You will report to the Head of Financial Services Finland and work in a seven-person finance team.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Previous experience as a Chief Accountant or in a comparable general ledger accounting role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and periodic accounting of the parent company.
• Prepare statutory and Group reporting for the parent company.
• Prepare monthly VAT reporting.
• Transfer monthly payroll data to SAP and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare corporate income tax returns and related reporting.
• Process bank statements related to general ledger transactions.
• Support subsidiary accounting and post accruals.
