Job summary

Cadmatic Oy, based in Turku, Finland, seeks a Financial Controller to join the global Accounting and Compliance team. You will ensure accurate financial reporting for subsidiaries, coordinate regional finance activities, and collaborate with auditors, with a hybrid work model supporting work-life balance. The role reports to Head of Accounting and Compliance and sits in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and statutory reporting.
• Experience with international finance processes.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Can-do attitude and focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial tasks for subsidiaries in the region.
• Coordinate with external accounting partners and auditors to ensure Cadmatic group standards.
• Manage documentation for the administration of legal entities.
• Act as contact for local auditors and provide required materials.
• Plan and manage cash flows and participate in process development projects.
