Job summary

Cadmatic is seeking a Financial Controller to join our global Accounting and Compliance team. Based at our head office in Turku with hybrid work, you will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance for subsidiaries in the region, coordinating with external partners and auditors.

You will supervise daily to yearly financial tasks, manage cash flow, contribute to process improvements, and support business operations across Turku and nearby countries, collaborating with colleagues in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting and statutory reporting experience.
• Experience with international finance processes.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial tasks across the region.
• Co-operate with external accounting partners to ensure Cadmatic standards and timetables.
• Coordinate processes for official documents related to legal entities.
• Act as a contact for local auditors and provide audit materials.
• Plan and manage cash flows.
• Participate in process development and projects.
