Job summary

Valmet Automotive Oyj is seeking a commercially minded Business Controller to drive budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning. You will analyze financial performance, risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights to management.

You will support strategic decisions with financial models, monitor balance sheet development and working capital, and collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate monthly reporting while developing robust financial processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in business controlling and financial planning & analysis.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis skills.
• Understanding of balance sheet, cash flow and working capital.
• Fluent English; Finnish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasts and long range planning.
• Analyze performance, drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor product, customer and project profitability analyses.
• Support decision-making with business cases and financial models.
• Ensure visibility of balance sheet, working capital and cash flow.
• Collaborate with accounting on monthly reporting and improve controls.
• Develop financial processes and controls to support the business.
