Job summary

The University of Oulu invites applications for 1–2 Doctoral Researchers to join the LET Lab within LLP Research Unit in the Faculty of Education and Psychology. Qualifications

• Master's degree in learning sciences or computer science (or a relevant field).
• Transdisciplinary research orientation with demonstrated experience or interest.
• Team player with solid research and development skills.
• Willingness to study human learning processes and AI system design and development.
• Experience with educational technology and/or software design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct doctoral research on human–AI shared regulation of learning in higher education.
• Use multimodal and AI-driven learning analytics to study learning processes and support socio-technical systems.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and publish in leading international journals.
