Job summary

Tokmanni Oy is seeking a packaging specialist for our private-label consumer goods. You will act as an expert for packaging projects of our own brands’ technical products, manage projects, and ensure packaging meets quality and regulatory requirements.

The role requires coordinating a team of packaging and labeling specialists, graphic designers, suppliers, and internal procurement and marketing functions, with collaboration across Sweden, India, and China offices to support global packaging

Qualifications

• Strong project-management skills.
• Technical educational background.
• Experience in retail or consumer products product development is preferred.
• Practical experience in bringing new products to market.
• Ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and strong communication in Finnish and English.
• Proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
• Knowledge of packaging regulations and packaging materials is helpful.

The role involves acting as an expert for packaging projects of our own brands’ technical products, managing projects, ensuring that packaging meets quality and regulatory requirements, coordinating a team of experts including packaging and labeling specialists, graphic designers, suppliers, and internal procurement and marketing functions. Collaboration with professionals in Sweden, India, and China offices is required.

The role does not include people management, but requires the ability to coordinate project progress in the project manager role. Employed under the Group Head of Quality and Private Labels as supervisor.
