Join us in Helsinki as part of our Packaging & Paper practice, helping packaging and paper companies achieve sustainable and inclusive growth through strategy, operational improvements, and advanced analytics.

What You'll Do

As a Specialist, you will work on client engagements across regions and substrates, owning workstreams or key components of projects. Your responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing data, testing hypotheses, and developing strategies and recommendations.
  • Preparing professional deliverables such as PowerPoint decks, Excel models, and written summaries.
  • Leading or contributing to internal knowledge initiatives, conferences, and client workshops.
  • Collaborating with junior colleagues, providing guidance, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree required; advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in the packaging industry, with deep knowledge of commercial excellence, operational improvements, and market trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to initiate and complete tasks independently.
  • Data-driven decision making and proficiency in rational analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local language(s) is an asset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a complex, autonomous environment.
