Job summary

ALMADA LABEL is seeking a structured, analytical Supply Chain & Operations Specialist to optimize our end-to-end supply chain from supplier to warehouse. You will coordinate purchasing, production, logistics and sales to ensure product availability and on-time deliveries.

You will work across suppliers, freight forwarders, and retailers to improve processes, manage data accuracy in ERP systems, and drive continuous efficiency improvements. This is a full-time role based in Helsinki or Stockholm.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or related field.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate product availability to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
  • Create, monitor, and follow up on purchase and production orders to ensure timely product availability.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end flow of goods from production to warehouse arrival.
  • Manage and coordinate retailer deliveries, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound transportation activities, ensuring shipments meet Incoterms and trade requirements.
  • Maintain accurate master data across systems to support planning and operations.
  • Own certification management and Digital Product Passport (DPP) processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Operations to align supply chain activities.
  • Lead supply chain improvement projects from planning through implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall supply chain efficiency.

Job description

We are looking for a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented Supply Chain & Operations Specialist to join our team and play an important role in managing and optimizing our supply chain operations.

In this role, you will work across purchasing, production, logistics, warehousing, and sales to ensure that products are available at the right time and in the right quantities. You will work cross-functionally and collaborate closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, retailers, and other stakeholders to keep the flow of goods running smoothly and efficiently.

Your role
  • Plan and coordinate product availability to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing both shortages and excess inventory.
  • Create, monitor, and follow up on purchase and production orders to ensure timely product availability.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end flow of goods, from production and supplier readiness through transportation and arrival at the warehouse.
  • Manage and coordinate retailer deliveries, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and warehouse teams to resolve operational challenges and keep deliveries on track.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound transportation activities, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently and in accordance with agreed Incoterms and applicable trade requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable product and article master data across relevant systems to support effective planning and smooth operations.
  • Ownership of certification management and Digital Product Passport (DPP) processes.
  • Collaborate with teams across sales, purchasing, finance, and operations to align supply chain activities with overall business needs.
  • Take ownership of supply chain improvement projects, coordinating stakeholders and driving initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen overall supply chain performance.

  • Relevant professional experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • A hands-on mindset, with a willingness to take ownership and drive things forward.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
Additional information

This is a full-time position based at Almada Label's Helsinki or Stockholm office, with a preferred start date as soon as possible, ideally by the end of 2026.
