Qualifications

Customer-first mindset and professional communication.
Previous experience working with customers or stakeholders.
Structured, precise approach and logical thinking.
Patience to follow detailed processes.
Confidence to raise issues through the proper channels.
Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
Comfortable learning and navigating several IT systems and portals.
Excellent written communication in ticket-based work.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service experience for every request, with or without direct customer contact.
Process numbering requests for LeadDesk customers across multiple countries.
Review and verify documentation required for orders.
Order numbers from telecom operators and coordinate routing.
Act as the link between sales, customers and operators to move orders forward.
Support other numbering-related tickets, including activations.
Manage your queue during busy or seasonal periods.
