Job summary

Evenpay, Finland’s leading compensation management platform, is seeking a Customer Success & Implementation Manager to own customers from onboarding to ongoing support. In this hands-on role, you’ll design scalable onboarding and support practices to deliver an excellent customer experience, starting with our Helsinki-based hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer success, implementation, account management, consulting, operations, or another customer-facing role.
• Communicate professionally in both Finnish and English, in writing and conversation.
• Organised and comfortable managing several customers, priorities, and timelines.
• Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets and using functions to process data.
• Explain complex topics clearly and adapt communication to different audiences.
• Curious and proactive about staying informed on evolving pay transparency requirements across EU countries.
• Take initiative, follow through on commitments, and remain calm when situations are unclear.
• Enjoy working in a growing company where processes are still being developed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of Evenpay’s current customers and serving as their main point of contact.
• Design, document and continually improve the customer onboarding journey to be clear, efficient and scalable.
• Design how ongoing customer support should work, including channels, response practices, help materials, and proactive check-ins.
• Answer customer questions, investigate issues, and coordinate their resolution while keeping customers informed.
• Help customers understand the platform and apply it successfully in day-to-day compensation work.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption, and engagement, identifying risks or unmet needs.
• Build onboarding guides, training materials, FAQs, and repeatable internal playbooks.
• Collect customer feedback and translate it into insights for product and commercial teams.
• Support renewals and identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value.
