Job summary

Cloud Protection is seeking an Operational Business Service Specialist to own order processing, invoicing, and customer/partner management across core systems from our Helsinki base. You’ll work in a fast-moving, international environment reporting to the Head of Finance and evolving toward independent Cloud Protection processes.

You will handle end-to-end order-to-cash tasks, contribute to process improvements, and support Sales, Ops, and Finance with accuracy and timely delivery in a growing

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in order management, billing/invoicing, customer service, or similar operational/administrative role (ideally in a B2B or SaaS/technology environment)
• Relevant academic background (e.g., Business Administration, IT, or similar) or equivalent practical experience
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with billing/finance systems (e.g., Workday or similar) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Order & Invoicing Management — Process sales orders and manage invoicing for Cloud Protection partners and customers, including complex multi-year and multi-org deals
• Customer & Partner Onboarding — Review onboarding submissions and set up accounts across systems to enable invoicing and service delivery
• Account & Data Maintenance — Maintain accurate customer, partner, and order data across Salesforce and finance/billing systems
• Access & Entitlement Management — Verify customer entitlements and manage access provisioning to portals
• Asset Lifecycle Support — Handle asset transfers, downgrades, and order cancellations while avoiding contract/billing issues
• Cross-functional Support — Liaise with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success on product availability and delivery/billing conditions
• Process Building & Improvement — Identify recurring issues and contribute to documentation improvements to the order-to-cash workflow
