Job summary

Hypermine, a Finnish deep-tech start-up, seeks an Operations Coordinator in Espoo. This full-time role covers finance, people, and marketing operations to help scale a fast-growing, world-first mining technology company. You will manage invoices, onboarding, policies, and communications while supporting events and brand consistency.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in admin/ops/HR/finance or marketing, a business degree, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in administration, operations, HR, finance or marketing.
• Degree in business administration or a related field.
• Organised, reliable with an eye for detail and able to juggle several tasks.
• Proactive attitude with to-do mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across finance, people and marketing.
• Handle sales and purchase invoices, expenses and travel bookings; assist with month-end tasks.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding; update policies and handbooks.
• Maintain website, LinkedIn, and sales materials; assist with events and branding.
• Improve office processes and tools to make routine work easier.
