Job summary

NSC Global is seeking Level 1 Field Service Technicians to deliver on-site technical support for customer systems in Turku, Finland. You will perform on-site hardware troubleshooting, repair, diagnostics and manage service call updates with clear communication to customers.

The role requires practice with BIOS/drivers, basic networking, and the ability to follow field service procedures while meeting SLA-driven deadlines. A valid driving licence and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 1 technical support or comparable customer-facing IT support.
• Solid understanding of PC, laptop, and client hardware components.
• Basic networking principles and OS/drivers knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites within service windows and complete interventions to standard.
• Perform on-site diagnostics, hardware repair and component replacement.
• Validate warranty status and document findings before repairs.
• Use approved diagnostic tools and report results to the customer and systems.
