Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Line Sales Manager to lead key customer relationships in the Nordics and drive growth across the DPQ portfolio (UPS, PDUs, IT racks, and accessories). You will collaborate with regional sales teams and channel partners, and hunt new opportunities to build a strong pipeline.

Fluent English and an engineering background, with proven outside sales or business development experience in international settings, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering diploma preferred, knowledge of IT Infrastructure & applications is a plus.
• Strong experience in Outside Sales or Business Development roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of DPQ core portfolio in the Nordics through Eaton sales organizations and channel partners.
• Act as the interface between the LSDPI Division and regional sales teams for GTM execution and performance.
• Hunt for new projects, identify local and international deals, and interact with segment and channel teams.
• Support Flow business and facilitate communication between DPQ BU and Eaton sales organization.
• Develop channel strategies to maximize regional growth, promote products, and enable sales.</n>
• Manage and follow up on opportunities using Salesforce with an up-to-date pipeline and improved win rates.
• Coordinate regional activities with global DPQ teams and manage pricing, lead time, or product fit escalations.
• Contribute market intelligence: customer feedback and competitive insights to Product Management.
