Job summary

Eaton's DPQ segment is seeking a Product Line Sales Manager to lead Nordic region sales for critical power solutions, including UPS, PDUs, and IT racks. You will collaborate with regional sales teams and channel partners to drive growth.

Engineering background preferred; strong outside sales experience and English communication are essential. The role requires coordinating with global teams and delivering market insights to Product Management within a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering diploma preferred, knowledge of IT infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong experience in Outside Sales or Business Development roles.
• Experience in an international environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of DPQ core portfolio in the Nordics (single‑phase UPS, PDUs, IT racks) through Eaton sales organizations and channel partners.
• Act as the key interface between the LSDPI Division and regional sales teams for go‑to‑market execution.
• Hunt for new projects, identify local/international deals, and interact with segment and channel teams.
• Support Flow business and coordinate with global DPQ teams to facilitate communication with the sales organization.
• Develop channel strategies and promote products through salesforce enablement and events.
• Manage opportunities using Salesforce with an accurate pipeline and improved win rates.
• Monitor monthly performance, forecasts, and corrective action plans; provide market feedback to Product Management.
