Job summary

Futurice is seeking a Marketing Lead, Nordics to strengthen the company’s position across the Nordics from Helsinki. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution and involves PR, content, and partnerships in Sweden and beyond.

You’ll work closely with business leaders, sales, and global marketing teams to shape the Nordic strategy, program portfolio, and budget, while delivering selected programs and ensuring alignment with market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Several years of senior B2B marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Experience in market positioning, PR, thought leadership, content, or market development.
• The ability to connect market and customer insight with business priorities and practical marketing activities.
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and strong ownership.
• Confidence collaborating with business leaders, sales, experts, agencies, and other marketing professionals.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish; Swedish and international marketing experience are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Jointly shaping the Nordic marketing strategy, annual priorities, program portfolio, and budget.
• Strengthening Nordic positioning through market and customer insight and clear messaging.
• Owning Nordic PR, media relations, and development of executives as external voices.
• Setting direction for Nordic thought leadership and managing content across Finnish, Swedish, and English.
• Owning Sweden marketing roadmap and evaluating potential new Nordic markets.
• Developing and delivering marketing programs with stakeholders and experts.
• Identifying partnerships and external visibility opportunities.
