Job summary

SAMY is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Nordics team, taking ownership of multiple creative, digital, and integrated marketing projects. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to keep projects moving from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality work and seamless collaboration.

Fluency in English and Finnish is required, and the role offers hybrid work with opportunities to collaborate across our offices worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in campaign and content production and project management within a creative, digital, or marketing agency.
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns and digital productions, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Fluency in English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns and digital productions.
• Lead and manage multiple productions and digital projects from concept to delivery.
• Own project goals, schedules, and budgets, identifying and resolving issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality outputs and collaboration.
• Act as main client contact, manage expectations and feedback loops.
• Mentor junior colleagues to foster growth.
