Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior HR Partner for our Finland location on a Hybrid 3:2 schedule. You will lead employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policy compliance in a Nordic context, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

You will report to the HR manager Nordics and contribute to employee engagement, culture, and retention, while ensuring local HR regulations are followed and programs align with corporate guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience focusing on employee relations and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Finnish regulations.
• Full professional Finnish language.
• Experience handling investigations and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Senior HR partner

As a Senior HR Partner here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our customers. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our business objectives.

You will report to our HR manager Nordics and you will work out of our Finland location on a Hybrid 3:2 work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the development and retention of our talented workforce.
