Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Field Support Manager to lead and develop the Field Support Representatives (FSR) across the Nordics, with roughly 50% travel to visit teams and customers. This field-based role, ideally located in the Nordics (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark), involves guiding territory management, coaching staff, and partnering with field partners to improve service delivery.

You will use data and metrics to drive efficiency, support change initiatives, and ensure a high quality customer

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of related work experience in a field or business support environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience or a combination of supervisory and relevant product knowledge.
• Experience supervising remote, multi-site teams.
• Strong project management and change management experience.
• Big-picture thinking with analytical problem-solving to resolve issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and relationship-building.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience installing or troubleshooting IDEXX equipment and customer training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the FSR team across the Nordics, contributing to strategy, policies and process improvements.
• Coach and develop individuals to deliver excellent customer experience, spotting opportunities and allocating resources.
• Partner with field partners to identify opportunities and coordinate regional resources.
• Guide territory management, prioritising time to keep customers satisfied.
• Join ride-alongs with field reps for hands-on training and development.
• Use data, metrics and system tools to drive efficiency and maximise customer experience.
• Act as a change champion, supporting the team through periods of change.
• Evaluate performance and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
• Help representatives organise travel to customers, resolve issues and keep site-visit reporting timely and accurate.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to feed customer feedback into product/process improvements.
