Job summary

KONE is seeking a highly motivated Business Controller, Service to join the Nordics Finance Team. Located in Helsinki, the role supports leaders and the Head of Business Control, Nordics in driving performance, ensuring meaningful KPI logic, and delivering value through insights.

The position requires senior finance experience, strong analytics, and collaboration across stakeholders; travel is occasional, with a Dec/Jan start preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in finance with business partnering exposure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence leaders.
• Fluent in English; Finnish/Scandinavian languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive performance and value.
• Monitor service KPIs and plan/forecast according to guidelines.
• Deliver actionable insights and executive summaries for decisions.
• Collaborate across Finance to share best practices.
