KONE seeks a highly skilled Business Controller, Service to join the Nordics Finance Team. The role focuses on partnering with business leaders, delivering financial insights, and ensuring KPI value realization across the Nordic Service business.
Your responsibilities include driving planning, performance analyses, and executive summaries for leadership. Helsinki or another Nordic capital is the preferred location, with occasional travel.

KONE Finance professionals are responsible for corporate controlling and reporting, treasury, taxes, investor relations, as well as finance development and alliances and acquisitions. We support our business colleagues by driving a financially sound business direction and providing relevant intelligence for decision-making. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting key business leaders and the Head of Business Control, Nordics in driving and monitoring the business performance by providing financial insight. The purpose of the role is also to ensure that business KPIs are logical and add value, actions are defined based on performance, and that benefit realizations are delivered. Business Controller is also accountable for executing the planning process according to global guidelines with the business leaders.
The position is located in Helsinki, Finland or another Nordic capital (Stockholm, Copenhagen or Oslo) and the preferred start would be in Dec 26/Jan 27.
