Job summary

KONE is seeking a highly motivated Business Controller, Service to join the Nordics Finance Team. In this role, you will support key business leaders and the Head of Business Control, Nordics in driving and monitoring performance by providing financial insight.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that KPIs are logical and add value, actions are defined based on performance, and benefit realizations are delivered.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in finance with business partnering responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Advanced MS Excel and data visualization capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Finnish and Nordic languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key business leaders to drive performance and decision making.
• Act as trusted finance advisor and promote finance understanding across the business.
• Forecast, budget, and report according to the Global Financial Control Model.
• Provide actionable insights, scenarios, and recommendations to management.
• Coordinate and execute service business controlling activities in the Nordic region.
• Monitor weekly/monthly performance and deviations from plan.
