Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to join the Nordic IT Services. The role blends Nordic responsibilities with local Finland infrastructure ownership, focusing on operation, maintenance, and development of critical services.

You will work with Microsoft technologies and Cisco Meraki, and collaborate across Nordics, Global IT, and external partners. Hybrid work model with office presence in Ruoholahti and occasional Nordic travel; 3 days in the office typical.

Qualifications

• Relevant education and experience in IT infrastructure or operations.
• Around 3-5 years of practical experience in a similar role.
• Broad understanding across infrastructure domains.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is an advantage.
• Familiarity with networking concepts; Cisco Meraki experience is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English; one Nordic language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and develop Nordic infrastructure services.
• Contribute to local infrastructure ownership in Finland within the Nordic team.
• Collaborate with Global IT and external service providers.
• Support reliable day-to-day IT operations and timely issue resolution.
