Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to join the Nordic IT Services. The role blends Nordic responsibilities with local Finland infrastructure ownership, focusing on operation, maintenance, and development of critical services.

You will work with Microsoft technologies and Cisco Meraki, and collaborate across Nordics, Global IT, and external partners. Hybrid work model with office presence in Ruoholahti and occasional Nordic travel; 3 days in the office typical.

Qualifications

• Relevant education and experience in IT infrastructure or operations.
• Around 3-5 years of practical experience in a similar role.
• Broad understanding across infrastructure domains.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is an advantage.
• Familiarity with networking concepts; Cisco Meraki experience is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English; one Nordic language is an advantage.

Are you passionate about working in the field of IT and specifically IT operations & infrastructure to keep the systems running most optimally? You will be part of the Nordic Infrastructure team within Nordic IT Services (ITS), enabling Deloitte firms business across the Nordic countries. You will report to the Head of Nordic Infrastructure based in Copenhagen and work closely with colleagues across the Nordics, Global IT, and external service providers.

The Infrastructure team supports and develops the IT infrastructure across the Nordics and helps ensure reliable day-to-day operations. Your role combines Nordic responsibilities with local infrastructure ownership in Finland. You will contribute to the operation, maintenance, and development of infrastructure services while helping ensure that the local infrastructure services operate smoothly.

• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
• Fluent written and spoken English
• One Nordic language is considered an advantage
