Job summary

Nexstim, a Finnish medical technology leader, seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive therapy and neuroscience business growth. You will engage with clinicians, researchers, and distributors across Finland and Europe, delivering demonstrations and training, and supporting installations with cross-functional teams.

You will manage distributor networks, develop a robust sales pipeline, and use Salesforce CRM to optimize commercial processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Health Sciences, Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Psychology or another relevant field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clinicians, researchers, distributors and stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn sales, distributor management and business development in an international environment.
• Comfortable delivering product demonstrations and supporting customer training.
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory and internationally when required.
• Fluency in Finnish and English; German is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through distributor networks and direct customer engagement across Finland, Europe, and selected Asian markets.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer evaluations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, researchers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Provide clinical and neuroscience expertise to support customer decision-making and product adoption.
• Support installations, training, and customer onboarding with Technical Service and Clinical teams.
• Support existing customers and distributors in day-to-day commercial and operational activities.
• Participate in leading congresses, exhibitions, and scientific meetings.
• Coordinate customer discussions related to IT connectivity, networking, and system integration.
• Use and continuous development of the Salesforce CRM platform to support sales activities.
