Job summary

Eleiris AI in Helsinki is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to become our first dedicated marketing hire. You’ll build Eleiris’ marketing from the ground up, set the direction, and own the execution in a hybrid, on-site focused setup.

You’ll lead multichannel marketing, paid advertising, and content creation focused on pioneering AI technology and its business applications. Collaborating with leadership, the commercial team, and technical experts, you’ll grow visibility and demand through SEO,

Qualifications

• A few years of hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing.
• Ability to build structure and take ownership in an evolving environment.
• Experience with paid advertising, content creation, and multichannel marketing.
• Practical knowledge of SEO and GEO, WordPress, LinkedIn, and marketing analytics.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and commercial thinking.
• Fluency in English; Finnish is highly beneficial.
• Experience in B2B, technology, SaaS, or consulting is a plus

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to become our first dedicated marketing hire. You’ll build Eleiris’ marketing from the ground up, setting the direction and owning the execution.
