Job summary

Reaktor is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our global Marketing and Communications team from Helsinki, with a hybrid on-site presence. You’ll drive the marketing strategy across sectors, collaborating with business units and Marketing Partners to accelerate growth and inbound.

You’ll also shape talent marketing and employee branding, increase brand awareness in key markets, and lead a high-performing team while tracking KPIs and leveraging AI to boost campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the professional services business.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with ROI-driven mindset and budget management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and collaboration skills, with experience in leading teams.
• Fluent English; Finnish/Swedish/Dutch skills are considered a plus.

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join our global Marketing and Communications team.

In this role

you’ll work closely with the global marketing and internal communications experts, drive Reaktor’s marketing strategy, and support leadership, business, and key specialists with your B2B marketing expertise, messaging, and hands‑on work.

You can work on‑site at our Helsinki office at least a couple of days a week.

You will:

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy covering brand, talent and sales marketing
• Work hand-in-hand with Reaktor’s Business units and dedicated Marketing Partners to develop marketing plans across our various sectors that align with our growth targets, support awareness-building and improve inbound
• Work hand-in-hand with Reaktor’s People & Culture team to develop talent marketing & employee branding to support growth
• Increase brand awareness in relevant markets and target audiences, strengthen brand affinity, and maintain consistency across campaigns, sectors, markets, and touchpoints
• Lead the global Marketing and Communications team, ensuring overall team success
• Track and analyze KPIs while seeking opportunities to increase marketing and campaign effectiveness
• Analyze market trends and client insights to enhance our competitive edge

To thrive in this position, you’ll need:

You are a strategic thinker with a robust background in B2B marketing. Your proactive and self-starter approach and excellent marketing and collaboration skills in Finnish and English complement each other.

• Proven experience in B2B marketing: A track record of success, preferably in the professional services business

• Strong understanding of the modern marketing playbook and use of AI in marketing
