Job summary

Aurilo in Finland is seeking a team lead to develop and direct a customer IT services team serving across Finland. You will oversee server operations, Level 2 user support, and on-site help, driving efficiency and client satisfaction in a hybrid work setup.

You will report to the production manager, guide team activities, and collaborate with sales, billing and service management teams, while coaching a high-performing, independent team. Fluency in Finnish and good English are essential.

Qualifications

• IT higher education or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a production team (team lead or supervisor).
• Strong ServiceNow expertise.
• Fluent Finnish (speaking and writing) and good English; ability to understand large IT systems.
• Coaching leadership, good problem-solving and stress tolerance with an independent work style, good documentation and communication skills.

Job description

This role leads and develops a customer team within Aurilo's IT services environment. The team serves customers across Finland, handling server operations, Level 2 user support, and on-site support. As the team's supervisor you will oversee operational activities, drive continuous improvement, lead in a coaching style, and be responsible for team efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will participate in client collaboration and development with sales, billing, service management, and production teams. A typical day includes guiding the team, participating in meetings with stakeholders and customers, and tracking team metrics.

Salary range is 4,200–4,500 €/month, determined by the candidate's skills and experience. You report to the production manager. Your home office can be Aurilo's Kuopio or Espoo sites. We operate in a hybrid model, so you can work a lot remotely.

We require IT higher education or equivalent work experience, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, experience leading a production team (team lead or supervisor), strong ServiceNow expertise, ability to understand large IT systems, coaching leadership, good problem-solving and stress tolerance with an independent work style, good documentation and communication skills, fluent Finnish (speaking and writing) and good English.
