Job summary

Morson is supporting an international engineering contractor to appoint an LV/BMS Package Manager for a major data centre project in Finland. You will own the LV/BMS delivery across a complex, mission-critical environment on site in Finland.

You will coordinate with the project team, LV and BMS subcontractors, controls specialists and commissioning teams to ensure design coordination through installation, commissioning and handover, while managing schedule, resources and interfaces.

Qualifications

• Data centre or mission-critical construction experience
• Delivery of a BMS/integrated LV package
• Knowledge of LV systems, BMS architecture, HVAC controls and integration
• Experience managing subcontractors, integrators and vendors
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical and commissioning interfaces
• Experience reviewing drawings, submittals and commissioning information
• Involvement through testing, commissioning, documentation and handover
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or building services/controls background
• Existing legal right to work in Finland

Responsibilities

• Own the LV/BMS package from design through installation, commissioning and handover
• Manage specialist subcontractors, BMS integrators, controls engineers and vendors
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs and sequences of operations
• Control programme, construction sequencing, resources and package risks
• Coordinate LV, BMS, HVAC controls and EPMS interfaces
• Manage quality inspections, testing and commissioning readiness
• Coordinate functional/testing, integrated systems testing and handover
• Maintain commissioning and close-out documentation
• Report on delivery, dependencies and upcoming requirements
• Ensure safe working practices and regulatory compliance
