Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead the full lifecycle of the electrical package for a large-scale data centre project in Espoo and Kirkkonummi, Finland.

You will oversee design coordination, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning while managing subcontractors and site teams. You will ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards, collaborate with clients and engineers, and drive on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Project Management on large-scale data centre or industrial projects.
• Proven track record coordinating complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical package from design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage site safety and quality standards in collaboration with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor.
• Coordinate with client, consultants and engineers to maintain project schedule and budgets.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure progress per plan.
• Maintain snagging system, weekly punch lists and cost reporting.
• Schedule material deliveries and manage site operations and documentation.
