Job summary

Winthrop Technologies is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager for a large-scale data centre project in Vaasa. You will oversee the full lifecycle of the electrical package—from design coordination and procurement through installation, testing and commissioning—working with subcontractors and site teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will lead safety initiatives with the PM and Safety Advisor, ensure compliance with QHSE standards, and coordinate with clients and engineers

Qualifications

Experience managing the electrical package for large-scale data centre projects.
Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental (QHSE) standards.
Track record of coordinating design, procurement, installation and commissioning with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Manage the Electrical Systems package from design coordination to installation, testing and commissioning.
Oversee site safety with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor.
Promote and maintain a strong QHSE culture within the team.
Collaborate with Project Manager, consulting engineers, and client to manage schedule and delivery.
Control costs for the electrical package including team, subcontractors, material deliveries, plant and equipment, variations and valuations.
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
Supervise subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower.
Maintain the In Progress snagging system and distribute snags to subcontractors.
