Job summary

ewi is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager for a large-scale data centre project in Espoo and Kirkkonummi, Finland. You will oversee design coordination, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, while managing subcontractors and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership to manage costs, schedules and client expectations across multiple European sites, with emphasis on delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Project Management on large-scale projects, ideally data centres.
• Strong track record coordinating complex electrical and mechanical systems projects.
• Experience handling industrial relations and strong HSE knowledge.
• Experience in design and build projects and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Electrical Systems package from design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Oversee site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor.
• Promote and maintain a robust QHSE culture within the team.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, engineers and client to manage schedule and delivery.
• Control costs for electrical package including subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities.
• Maintain weekly progress reports and snagging system with timely updates.
• Attend meetings and handover events and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
