Job summary

ABB Vaasa factory is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead a large on-site team in Operative Logistics. You will supervise daily logistics operations, coordinate with production, and ensure safety, quality, capacity, schedules and continuous improvement.

On-site presence is required to provide effective support and leadership for the team’s daily operations, with KPI monitoring and reporting. The role requires a B.Sc.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in engineering and relevant working experience.
• Experience in supervisory or team lead role.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP/MES systems.
• Strong Finnish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations on site at the Vaasa factory.
• Resource planning and work scheduling; monitor workload and capacity.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
• Lead by example and ensure health, safety and 5S compliance.

In this role, you will supervise a large team working in Operative Logistics on site at the Vaasa factory. You will collaborate closely with production and other key functions across the factory.
