Measurlabs is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage incoming and outgoing material and chemical samples at our Vallila office in Helsinki. You will receive samples, register them, subsample, label, repack, and ship them to partner laboratories worldwide.

You will own shipping issues, including customs clearance, and collaborate with our Experts team, shipping partners, clients, and laboratories. This is a permanent, on-site role with fixed hours, supporting a fast-growing, VC-backed

The Role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team! This is a permanent position based at our office in Vallila, Helsinki. In this role, you will primarily work with receiving and sending various kinds of material and chemical samples. You will receive samples sent by our clients, register them in our system, prepare the samples (including subsampling, labelling and repacking), and ship them for analysis to our partner laboratories around the world. You will take ownership of resolving any shipping issues, including clearing customs. You will collaborate mostly with our Experts team, the shipping partners we use, and sometimes our clients and laboratories. The key to success in this role is having a strong can-do attitude, keeping samples moving and troubleshooting whenever necessary.

We require your presence at our Vallila office from Monday to Friday. The working hours are either from 8:00 to 16:00 or from 08:30 to 16:30 on alternating weeks.
