Job summary

Varex Imaging Corporation in Espoo, Finland is seeking a full-time Inventory Manager to elevate our inventory practices within the Photon Counting business unit. The role is permanent with immediate start possible and tailored to the selected candidate's background.

Responsibilities include day-to-day stock monitoring, cycle counts, SAP MM transactions, receiving and shipping, and optimizing material flows, with close cooperation across purchasing, production, finance and R&D.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in material management or similar.
• Hands-on attitude and self-driven.
• Excellent SAP MM knowledge and strong Excel skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inventory management for Photon Counting unit.
• Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts and movements in SAP.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, finance and R&D.

Job Description

Responsible for day-to-day inventory management in Photon Counting business unit – including Stock monitoring:

• Tracking stock levels.
• Performing cycle counts.
• Processing goods movements in SAP.
• Receiving and shipping.
• Organizing and optimizing material flows and stock levels in physical storage locations.
• Close co-operation with purchasing, order management, production, finance and R&D.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position in material management.
• Hands on attitude and self driven.
• Very good knowledge of SAP, specifically MM.
• Microsoft office, excellent skills with Excel.
• Fluent in Finnish and English is a must.
• Previous team lead experience is considered an advantage.
• Ideally B.Sc. in Logistics, Material management or Business administration.

Experience Level with Business Tools

• Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
