Job summary

Avance, a Helsinki-based law firm, seeks an Office Trainee for spring or fall 2027. The role is part-time (2–3 days a week) and involves front-desk support, event setup, catering, and general office tasks to keep the office tidy and welcoming.

Ideal candidates are BBA or law students at early stage, with excellent customer service, can-do attitude, and an eye for aesthetics. Finnish and English fluency required; Swedish would be a plus.
