Job summary

Stora Enso is seeking two Legal Trainees to join its Group Legal team in Helsinki for a 12-month fixed-term position. The first term starts January 2027 and the second in September 2027. The role is full-time with flexibility for lectures and exams as needed.

You will support legal counsels with research, drafting and reviewing agreements (including NDAs), and assist with compliance tasks and policy administration, gaining exposure to diverse areas of law in an international setting.

Qualifications

• 180 credits of completed law studies and internships in diverse tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritize conflicting demands.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare corporate documents (e.g., AGM materials).
• Draft, negotiate, and review agreements (e.g., NDAs).
• Support compliance matter handling, policy administration and AI-related projects.
