As an office support trainee, you will handle post-room tasks, deliveries, copying, catering, event support, reception, and switchboard duties. You may assist the Compliance & KM Team with library tasks and legal research; hours and contract will be agreed

Formación

• Fluency in Finnish and English (Swedish bonus).

Responsabilidades

• Office tasks: post-room, mail deliveries, copying and stock filling.
• Reception and switchboard duties; greet guests and organise meetings.
• Arrange travel; assist Compliance & KM team with library tasks and legal research.
