You’ll mentor engineers, ensure security and compliance, support sales opportunities, and collaborate with clients to align solutions with their digital transformation goals.

This role follows a hybrid work model with a requirement to be near the Helsinki office and to contribute to a vibrant, innovative tech community.

Qualifications

• Lead developer with a full-stack mindset and deep technical understanding.
• Proficiency using agentic AI tools across planning to debugging.
• Ability to coach teams on AI adoption and AI-driven workflows.
• Proven mentoring and architectural leadership with teams.
• Confidently explain trade-offs to clients and design AI solutions.
• Experience managing cloud platforms and DevOps/CI/CD needs.
• Strong focus on security, privacy, and compliance in AI projects.
• Pragmatic, curious, and aligned leadership for cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Finnish and English for client and team interactions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the responsible technical contact within the project scope.
• Provide opinionated technical leadership tailored to client context.
• Facilitate architecture decisions and ways of working aligned with goals.
• Ensure security and compliance throughout the lifecycle, including AI tools.
• Support onboarding, operations, and continuity through documentation.
• Identify new sales opportunities and communicate them to Sales.
• Provide technical support in sales cases and client relationships.
• Lead continuous improvement and leverage internal/external resources.
• Foster a culture of learning and openness across the team.
