Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with agile project management principles.
• Team-lead and consulting experience.
• Multi-stakeholder experience.
• Server-side language proficiency: TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.js (Java/Scala/Kotlin/Python/Clojure also used).
• Client-side language and framework knowledge: TypeScript/JavaScript/React; mobile stacks.
• Backend services and CI/CD knowledge.
• PostgreSQL.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for the client when it comes to technical questions or the quality of the delivery.
• Facilitating collaboration between different stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Implementing new features that require changes to front-end applications, back-end servers, and/or databases.
• Knowing what is needed from infrastructure to support the team's work.
• Improving the team's ways of working by empowering them to discover optimal workflows and enabling a healthy work-life balance among team members.
• Building relationships with the client to ensure future collaboration.
• Assisting the team in adopting and following agile practices.
