Job summary

Futurice Oy is seeking a Senior Full-stack Developer to lead the development of complex, full-stack digital services. You will guide architectural decisions, mentor teams, and support clients through demos and pre-sales discussions with expertise in AI-augmented workflows.

You will work in a hybrid setup near Finland offices (Helsinki or Tampere). The role requires strong skills in React/Vue, TypeScript, Kotlin, Python or .NET, and hands-on cloud and CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• Multiple years in professional software development, ideally client-facing.
• Experience with AI agentic tools and multi-agent workflows.
• Proficient with modern front-end and back-end stacks.
• Experience in cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong design, API and data modeling skills.
• Fluent Finnish and English in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to complex full-stack digital services across industries.
• Guide design decisions and champion scalable, secure architectures.
• Mentor junior developers and review code for quality.
