Job summary

Reaktor Innovations Oy in Helsinki is seeking a Lead Developer to join our hybrid, full‑time team. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, helping the team succeed and delivering quality results.

You will be the first point of contact for the client on technical questions and will facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to ensure delivery quality. The role also entails hands-on contribution across frontend, backend, and database work with a strong emphasis on agile

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with agile project management principles.
• Team-lead and consulting experience.
• Multi-stakeholder experience.
• Server-side language proficiency: TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.js (Java/Scala/Kotlin/Python/Clojure also used).
• Client-side language and framework knowledge: TypeScript/JavaScript/React; mobile stacks.
• Backend services and CI/CD knowledge.
• PostgreSQL.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities
