Job summary
Futurice is hiring a Lead Developer to guide the development team, ensure architectural consistency, and champion AI-augmented practices. You will work with clients and internal stakeholders to align solutions with needs, mentor the team, and ensure security and compliance across the lifecycle.
The role includes supporting sales opportunities and contributing to digital transformation journeys in a hybrid Helsinki-based setting.
Qualifications
- Experience leading software development teams with a full-stack mindset.
- Experience with agentic AI tools across the lifecycle, from planning to testing.
- Ability to mentor, architect, and coach teams in AI-augmented workflows.
- Strong client-facing communication and ability to explain trade-offs.
- Proven track record in cloud and DevOps, with security focus.
Responsibilities
- Guide the development team and ensure architectural consistency.
- Champion AI-enabled development practices and modern AI tooling.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align solutions with needs.
- Oversee security, compliance, and documentation throughout the project.
- Identify sales opportunities and support the Sales team.
