As our newLeadMechanical Engineer, you will work to create DataCentersolutions for our clients. You will be part of our Nordics group for DataCenterFacilities in Finland, Sweden,Denmarkand Norway. You will work as part of passionate teams filled with talents from all over the world, your core colleagues are in locations across all four Nordic countries, but you’ll also become part of our Global DataCenterSpearhead and will benefit from +150 DataCenterspecialists in the U.K., U.S.A., India, Germany and Asia as your new colleagues.

Lead the design and delivery of data center cooling and HVAC infrastructure.
Develop innovative thermal management solutions for AI, HPC, hyperscale, and colocation facilities.
Ensure cooling systems achieve required resilience, efficiency, sustainability, and uptime targets.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams across multiple projects.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on cooling strategy, liquid cooling adoption, and future-ready data center design.

Experience with designing or constructing datacenterfacilities.
Experience working as a consulting mechanical engineer.
A thorough understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360.
Excellent communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts to our clients and project team partners in plain language, verbally and in writing.
