Job summary

Avidly Design Bu, based in Helsinki, seeks an IT Support & Systems Administrator to join our lean internal IT Operations team. You’ll start with frontline Tier 1/2 support, then grow into systems and network administration, MDM, and ISO27001/SOC2 readiness, while embracing automation and AI tools to streamline tasks.

You will manage laptop logistics, vendor relationships, and cloud-based services, helping to fortify our global IT infrastructure and security posture while supporting a hybrid

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support or tech operations experience.
• Experience with macOS and/or Windows workstations.
• Foundational networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPNs).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Interest in AI tools and lightweight automation.
• ,
• Awareness of ISO27001 and SOC2 concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 remote and local support across global users.
• Test and deploy AI support bots and automated workflows.
• Manage laptop logistics, imaging, and provisioning for global team.
• Administer Google Workspace and basic Microsoft 365 settings.
• Support SSO, MFA, and user provisioning across SaaS tools.
• Contribute to HubSpot IT operations and workflows.
• Assist with network, security, and incident response basics.
