Job summary

ReOrbit in Helsinki is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to own end-user support and the 24/7 service model, manage the outsourced partner, and define change, incident, problem and asset processes aligned with ITIL and ITSM principles.

You will design, document and maintain the IT infrastructure architecture across networks, servers, cloud, and end-user computing, lead automation, and ensure security, resilience and compliance across ISO 27001 readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT infrastructure design and delivery in high-reliability environments.
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM governance and SLA/KPI reporting.
• Strong knowledge of networks, cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Ability to document runbooks and ownership models.
• Proven track record managing outsourced delivery partners.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-user support and 24/7 service model against SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead outsourced support partner and ensure service quality.
• Define and govern change, incident, problem, and asset processes per ITIL.
• Develop dashboards and audits for visibility into health metrics.
• Plan and deliver infra projects end-to-end across networks, servers and cloud.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement in IT operations.
• Collaborate with Jira, HiBob, and AD to streamline processes.
