Job summary

Infosys BPM Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support across the organization. You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals while diagnosing issues on Windows and macOS using Microsoft 365 apps.

You will troubleshoot LAN/WLAN/VPN connectivity, perform preventive maintenance, and manage hardware deployment. The role includes on-site visits (3–4 times monthly within 20–30 km) and VIP support as per SOPs.

Qualifications

3–4 years of IT support or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
Fluency in Finnish and English.
Mandatory valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and business-critical apps.
Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, and VPN connectivity issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
Manage deployment and decommissioning of IT hardware.
Provide timely, clear, user-friendly technical support.
Document support activities in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to specialized teams (network, systems, server).
Follow IT policies, security standards, and compliance guidelines.
Occasionally travel (3–4 times per month within 20–30 km) for onsite support.
Offer secondary VIP support in line with SOPs and training.
